In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, all Aminus3 users agree to only post content for which they are the original copyright owner or have explicit permission from the copyright owner.
It is the policy of Aminus3, at its sole discretion, to remove offending content, or disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Aminus3 and/or others.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the following information:
If you feel that an Aminus3 user is posting content which is offensive, hateful, of a strong sexual nature, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate, you can make an official report here. Copy and paste a link to the page(s) with inappropriate content and text description of why you believe it is offensive.
Once you have submitted your report, a board of appointed staff and representatives of Aminus3 will review your claim within two weeks and make a determination if the content should be removed.
By making a claim, you agree that this can be a highly subjective judgement, and Aminus3 reserves the right for all final decisions without further discussion or debate.
If you feel someone is harassing, threatening, insulting, or otherwise defaming you, please clearly state the exact details of the offense(s) including what transpired, a timeline of events, who is involved, exact URL links to pages or images in question, and any other pertinent information.
Note that we can only investigate claims made against active Aminus3 users. If you have a dispute with a non-Aminus3 user, you can block them by IP address or make a report to other authorities. If you feel there is a possibility of a physical threat or immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement.
To support your claim, provide as much evidence information as possible. This may include screen shots, text transcripts of comments, private messages, emails, or any other correspondence related to the alleged claim. Images and additional text files can be sent as an attachment by email to [email protected].
Once a claim has been submitted, a board of appointed staff and representatives of Aminus3 will review all presented evidence and make a determination on what, if any, violation of our Terms and Conditions has transpired. Please note this review process can take up to six weeks.
During the review period (and any time while using the Aminus3 website), it is not acceptable to escalate the situation further by publicly discussing details on your blog, making public accusations, rallying others to support your cause, harassing or intimidating the person(s) in question, or in any way violating the Aminus3 Terms and Conditions, or Community Guidelines.
Failure to refrain from escalating the situation will at a minimum reflect poorly on your case, and can result in a loss of Aminus3 privileges, account access or in some cases, removal of your account.
Once a decision has been made, the Aminus3 staff will take any action deemed necessary. By submitting this claim, you agree that personal disputes are often highly subjective, and understand that Aminus3 reserves the right to make all final decisions in accordance with our stated policies without further discussion or debate.
