St Trojan est une commune située sur l'île d'Oléron bordée par l'océan atlantique.
Dans le port ostréicole de St Trojan sont amarrés les bateaux plats des ostréiculteurs. Le bateau à fond plat appelé "plate" ou "lasse" permet de se déplacer avec peu de tirant d'eau et d'aborder plus facilement les parcs à huîtres. Il sert au transport des poches d'huîtres.
St Trojan is a municipality located on the island of Oléron bordered by the Atlantic Ocean.
In the oyster port of St Trojan the flat boats of the oyster farmers are moored. The flat-bottomed boat called "flat" or "lasse" makes it possible to move with little draught and to approach the oyster farms more easily. It is used to transport oyster bags.

J'ai bien aimé faire cette image en essayant que la photo de l'ado sur le panneau de l'expo, par sa diagonal attire le regard vers les ados assis sur les bancs du parvis de l'église et en quelque sorte qu'il y ai une communion entre eux

I really liked making this image by trying to make the photo of the teenager on the exhibition panel, by its diagonal, draw the eye towards the teenagers sitting on the benches in the square of the church and in a way that there is a communion between them

En promenade en Auvergne, je ne pouvais pas passer sans photographier cette magnifique basilique nichée dans un écrin de verdure. Elle se trouve dans le joli village d'Orcival dans le Puy de Dôme. Elle a été édifiée entre 1146 et 1178, elle est de style roman. C'est un lieu de pélerinage.

While walking in Auvergne, I could not pass without photographing this magnificent basilica nestled in lush greenery. It is located in the pretty village of Orcival in the Puy de Dôme. It was built between 1146 and 1178, it is in Romanesque style. It is a place of pilgrimage.

J'ai été ému par cet homme seul, vouté, amaigri, se déplaçant avec difficulté et ayant perdu ses cheveux certainement à cause d'une maladie, qui était venu voir cette exposition. Son arrêt devant ce tableau au titre tellement en rapport a été ce qui a motivé ma photo.

I was moved by this lonely man, stooped, thin, moving with difficulty and having lost his hair certainly because of an illness, who had come to see this exhibition. His stop in front of this painting with such a related title was what motivated my photo.

J'étais allée voir une exposition sur la vie d'autrefois en Auvergne. J'avais fait beaucoup de photos. Alors que je retournais vers ma voiture dans un recoin du parking, j'ai vu ces containers joliment décorés. Je ne pouvais pas repartir sans faire la photo, elle s'est imposée à moi. Son côté coloré et surtout le fait que ça embellit ces containers d'ordinaire si affreux avec des personnages des Fables de la Fontaine.

I went to see an exhibition on life in the past in Auvergne. I had taken a lot of pictures. As I walked back to my car in a corner of the parking lot, I saw these beautifully decorated containers. I couldn't leave without taking the photo, it imposed itself on me. Its colorful side and especially the fact that it embellishes these usually so dreadful containers with characters from Fables de la Fontaine.

Le Boutescure est un cours d'eau de 15 km de long qui prend sa source dans le département de l'Aveyron. Ce pont construit en 1896 permet le passage d'un chemin communal entre deux villages du Tarn: Valence d'Albigeois et Padiès. Une légende raconte qu'un dragon vivait dans les eaux du Boutescure et dévorait les jeunes bergères des environs...
The Boutescure is a 15 km long waterway which originates in the department of Aveyron. This bridge built in 1896 allows the passage of a communal path between two villages of the Tarn: Valence d'Albigeois and Padiès. A legend says that a dragon lived in the waters of Boutescure and devoured the young shepherdess of the surroundings ..
