My personal take on the Covid-19 pandemic. The large amount of black background represents the darkness surrounding the whole event, the candlestick holding the syringe representing the thousands of candles lit around the world in remembrance of loved ones lost to the virus, with the syringe representing some hope for the future in the form of a vaccine, but coloured red because of all the hesitancy towards taking the vaccine.

A man and his dog walk the beach as the sun is beginning to rise.

It was an early morning as the sun begins to crest the horizon. I was struck by the bond between the dog and its owner.

When the walk begins the dog intently looks up to its owner, eagerly waiting for the ball to be thrown.

I can't help but think of that hoodoo on the left as being a person who is speaking to a crowd to the right.

Henri-Edmond Cross (la Chevelure); Paul Signac (Femme à l'ombrelle); Jean-Luc.M (Une belle inconnue) - Musée d'Orsay

Ô toison, moutonnant jusque sur l’encolure ! Ô boucles ! Ô parfum chargé de nonchaloir ! Extase !

O fleece, fluffy right down to the neckline! O loops! O perfume laden with nonchalance! Ecstasy! To populate the dark alcove tonight With memories sleeping in this hair, I want to wave it in the air like a handkerchief!

She was born on November 2019; he was born two months later, on January 2020 ... at or near the same time as this pandemic crap. They are cousin and cousin; their parents are sister and brother. But since their birth, because of this damn virus, they could only meet a few hours accumulated ... Last Sunday, they were able to meet for a snack in a garden lined with daisies, under the sun . She timidly took her cousin's hand ... It was touching. Grandpa Christophe was very moved.
